This clarification text has been drafted to inform you about the processing of your personal data by Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No:6698 ("KVKK") and the “Communique on Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform”.

As Bilira Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. ("Our Company" or "BiLira"), located at Esentepe Mahallesi Kore Şehitleri Caddesi Istanbloom Residence No:16/1 BB:33 Şişli ISTANBUL, we process your personal data as data controller in accordance with the KVKK and the relevant legislation within the scope described below.

a) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data are processed for limited, measured, specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes in accordance with the principle of purposefulness, in accordance with the law and good faith. In addition, our Company takes the necessary care to keep the personal data it processes accurate and up-to-date. In this context, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes.

In some of its activities, Our Company may need your explicit consent to process your personal data. Our Company may process your identity information, contact information and marketing information for purposes such as carrying out the marketing processes of the products and services offered by our company to our customers and potential customers and making plans for you to get the highest benefit, announcing special opportunities for you regarding our products and services, conducting promotional and advertising activities, managing customer satisfaction and loyalty activities.

Our Company collects your personal data through physical and electronic media, including email, telephone, SMS and other devices, to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes most practically and effectively, based on the legal reasons of your explicit consent specified in Article 5/1 of the KVKK and the fact that it has been made public by the person concerned specified in Article 5/2(d) of the KVKK.

d) Storage of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be stored for the periods required by the purposes for which they are processed. In accordance with Article 5/2(ç) of the KVKK, within the scope of the company's fulfillment of its legal obligation, our Company, our business partners, and suppliers may store your personal data for up to 1 year from the date of rejection if you refuse to receive commercial electronic messages or commercial electronic communication, unless there is a reason that requires longer retention of your personal data. In the event that there is no other justification or legal reason, there is no legal retention period stipulated in any legislation, there is no international law or regulation, and the obligations arising from contracts are eliminated, your personal data whose processing purposes have ceased will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

e) Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

As the data subject, you have the following rights regarding your personal data under Article 11 of the KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they have been used for their intended purpose,
• To be informed of the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• If your personal data are incomplete or inaccurately processed, to request their correction and to request that the correction process be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, even if they have been processed in compliance with the provisions of Law No.6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that this process be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To claim to recover damages in case of damage caused by illegal processing of personal data.

You can submit your requests regarding these rights by filling out the Application Form on our website. You can submit it to our Company in writing or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or your e-mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in Our Company's system, by including the mandatory information in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be responded to free of charge. However, if the requested process requires a separate cost, the fees specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be requested from the applicant.

EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT FOR SENDING COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS‍

Within the scope of your explicit consent, we may process your personal data for purposes such as carrying out the marketing processes of products and services offered by our company and making plans for you to get the highest benefit, offering you special opportunities for our products and services, and carrying out promotional and advertising activities.

If necessary for the execution of business activities and as required by the business contract, your personal data may be shared with third-party companies, domestically or internationally, from whom we procure services.

This text constitutes my consent for, under the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, Bilira Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş. ("BiLira") to announce general/special opportunities about the products and services offered by BiLira, to be informed about current developments, to send messages for celebration purposes, to share content such as presentations and bulletins, to send commercial electronic messages and other messages to me in accordance with the relevant laws to promote and advertise. This includes my consent that my contact information, my identity information, my marketing information are received for these purposes to carry out goods/service sales and advertising/campaign / promotion processes and that messages will be sent to me through the preferred channel. I also acknowledge that I can always modify my communication preferences or cease communication by rejecting the transaction specified in the messages I receive without providing any justification and that commercial electronic messages and other messages are sent to me via SMS / short message, automatic call, telephone call, social media and online advertising networks, e-mail and other electronic communication tools-channels in accordance with the law.
